Became a priest on June 8, 1974 and had been serving in the Diocese of Indianapolis since ordination. Priest at St. Lawrence Church. Since 1986, his main project was raising money for the renovation of the church for its anniversary in November, 1992. He collected about $600,000. Other interests were the Crusillo Movement in Cincinnati and the anti-abortion crusade. Fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus. Died of a heart attack at St. Lawrence Rectory, in his sleep. Mass of Christian Burial, Mar. 15, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Lawrenceburg, IN. Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society, in care of St. Lawrence Church. |
