| Other: She was the daughter of Richard and Deborah Cain. The remains of Mrs. Elizabeth Abbott who died at Jeffersonville, Indiana Thursday night, were brought here Saturday and interred in the burying ground on Trester's Hill. Mrs Abbott was the widow of Amstead Abbott, a pioneer citizen of Cochran now some 17 years deceased. She died at the ripe age of 77, beloved by all who know her, and leaves two sons, four daughters and a host of friends to mourn their loss. Her illness was dropsy. |
